Blood Orange Olive Oil

Blood Orange Olive Oil

Oil Description:

Our Blood Orange Olive Oil from California is delicious! This is a cold-pressed, fused oil. When olives are pressed for the olive oil, blood oranges are pressed along with it for an incredible citrus flavor!

Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Blood Oranges
Origin: California

Vinegar Description:

The Cranberry Balsamic is delicious over ice cream, cheesecake or fresh fruit; and meats such as pork, duck or turkey.

Ingredients: Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Natural Cranberry Flavor
Origin: Italy

 Uses:

· This olive is particularly delicious on salads, especially when paired with our Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar. Just mix equal parts oil and vinegar, a little salt and pepper and drizzle over a salad of your favorite greens, some pecans, a little goat cheese and some grilled chicken, fish, or steak.

· Blood Orange Olive Oil is also delicious in desserts! However, olive oil does not have the consistency of butter, so you have to do a little substitution – apple sauce or bananas work great for that.

· Add a new twist to Asian cooking or use to sauté salmon or scallops. Brush over your chicken, fish, or steak for a wonderful, unique flavor!

· The Cranberry Balsamic is delicious over ice cream, cheesecake or fresh fruit; and meats such as pork, duck or turkey.

· Mix the Cranberry Balsamic with a little mayonnaise before spreading on a turkey sandwich.
